How it's working?
For each client we have personal approach - our managers accordingly to the request of client suggest few offering that our client could choose for his preferences.
Steps:
- client fills the form of request where he is writing what is more important for him (type of trip, total amount of money he would like to spend on staying there, type of way - plain, train, bus, type of living - apartment, hotel, quality of living, etc.)
- client sends this request to us
- during 2-7 days client receives email with different offers
* if client except one of this trips he sends us confirmation that he chose and what exactly he chose
* if client wants to make some correction in previous request to fulfil all his wishes he can go back to the form of request and to send it once again
- after client sent us confirmation we are sending to him all information: form of order, in what way to pay for this order, tickets, etc. (this order is active during 3 weeks after received confirmation from the client, before this 3 weeks client has to pay it or it will be canceled)
