Some terms and conditions |

Terms and conditions about registration of clients and following cooperation:
- Agency-partner has no right to advertise themselves to clients of SmilingFate! (this information is carefully checked by admin team)
- Each client placed by agency-partner on website SmilingFate has to give permission for this (she receives confirmation that her data is placed on the website SmilingFate), also she receives data of personal access (email and password).
- Agency-partner gives real information about clients including PERSONAL address, phone number and email. If client has no wish to give contact information (address and phone number) to men-clients of SmilingFate, than Agency-partner has to contact administration through support@smilingfate.com and indicate personal code of women.
- If the client has no personal email agency can open for her email box. Although each girl has to know her email address and has to have access to it if it’s necessary.
Attention! Two or more clients can not be registered with one email address.
- Agency-partner can help their clients to correspond. In this case all letters from clients of SmilingFate have to be given to the girls not later then 1 week from moment of coming massage on her email.
- helping to women in translations, typing and printing of letters to/from clients of SmilingFate agency-partner do not distort contents of this letters and do not preventing strait contact between clients (man-woman).
- Agency-partner do not require from clients of SmilingFate additional payment for strait contact information of their clients, for example email. Address and phone numbers are given to man just by wish of the girl.
- By registering clients all free fields in profile has to be filled out in German, Italian or English language.
- Agency-partner has to provide at least 1 picture of girl – advisable portrait. If the quality of the picture is not fitting to certain requirements that are described on the page of their downloading, SmilingFate has the right to delete these pictures and to close presentation of girl on the site.
- The decision of placing client-girl in TOP, Most Wanted or Extra Promotion is made by SmilingFate.
- In case of no interest of girl for further advertising on the site SmilingFate agency-partner has to inform us in time about this or close her profile without assistance.
- In the case getting information that client-girl is Scam SmilingFate has the right to close her profile immediately.
- In case if client were placed before on the site SmilingFate under other code (email), her new profile is not excepted and commission from sales of her contact information is not charged.
- SmilingFate pays to agency-partner monthly commissions when commissions reaching EUR 50 or more per month.
Payment of commission comes during first ten days of each month. The amount of payment depends on amount of commission earned by agency-partner minus half of costs for money transfer.
Although if commission of agency-partner for any month is less then fixed amount commissions will be automatically transferred on account of next month on accumulating base.
If agency-partner got commissions from money that were returned back to client after paying of these commissions this amount will be retained from account of agency-partner next month. (reasons: Scam, married ....)
All statistics, status your ladies presentations, sales amounts, amount of accumulated smiles (payment unit of SmilingFate) that have influence on amount of commissions... you can watch and check daily directly from your administrating page.
